Speaker Bios:Anella Wetter, CSO (she/her) is a strategic executive with over twenty years of sales experience as an individual contributor, front-line manager, VP, and CSO. She is dedicated to helping Founders grow their business by mastering the art and science of selling. With a background in sales leadership and a passion for helping others, Anella empowers Founders with the mindset, tools, and strategies they need to thrive as the first salesperson for their products, laying a foundation for growth. Kendall Horner leads Braveheart’s Sales, Marketing and Business Development efforts to expand the reach of its services to help unleash companies’ potential across the United States.
Kendall most enjoys the conversations she has with CEOs and business owners to delve into the issues that are negatively impacting their sales and profit growth, whether they be people, processes, or their pipeline. She is particularly skilled at identifying underlying causes of the unique challenges that sales organizations face and curating custom solutions to solve sales challenges for good.
She brings a varied background of success selling and leading teams in highly competitive industries where the sale was extremely relationship-driven and where she had to differentiate based on value. Kendall understands complex sales situations where numerous decision-makers are involved and is an expert at understanding client goals and marrying up services to help them accomplish those goals. She is passionate about helping teams unleash their full sales potential while remaining authentic to themselves and not feeling icky or “salesy” Shana Cooper-Silas is an accomplished leader in product and engineering with over two decades at leading companies including IBM, HP, Amex, and Accenture. Rooted in a rich family heritage of educators, Shana is dedicated to advancing educational equity through technology. Driven by her daughters' learning challenges during the pandemic, she launched G3MS. This innovative learn-to-earn platform engages and compensates digital natives as effectively as social media, enhancing educational experiences both inside and outside the classroom, and enabling students to excel in today’s digital landscape. Amelia Menk Brown is the Founder and CEO of MyCited. First and foremost a world changer, she offers a strong vision for improved futures in education and a knack for activation with passion and integrity. Entering her 25th year serving the EdTech community, Amelia believes that how we solve problems greatly determines what we create. Given this, she looks to the advantages of diverse and neurodiverse thinking, multidisciplinary approaches, and systems of interdependence to solve local and global problems alike.
